Strategy
The Fund will dedicate 100% of its assets to (i) granting loans or (ii) subscribing to debt instruments (both financing operations) for European medium-sized and small-sized enterprises, primarily Spanish, that meet the requirements for an eligible portfolio company (Article 11 of EU Regulation 2015/760). Each loan can be between €5 million and €15 million each and will have a term of between 5 and 8 years, and may be arranged in the most appropriate manner. Financing operations will normally constitute "senior debt," although up to 20% of the Fund's assets may be "subordinated debt." Financing operations will have a fixed or variable interest rate, and their performance may depend on the borrower's results. They will be long-term and will take any of the following forms: bullet, fixed amortization, constant or variable installments, or any other that is appropriate in each case for the financing operation considered.
