The Fund aims to build a portfolio of financial instruments composed mainly of (i) debt securities (taking in particular the form of unlisted loans or bonds and, more generally, any type of debt security that is senior, pari passu or junior to other debt securities, and will in any event represent senior securities to the shares and quasi-equity held by the shareholders of the issuers) but also (ii) equity securities or securities giving access to capital and (iii) shareholder current account advances, issued by small and medium-sized enterprises or mid-cap companies, which are not admitted to trading on a Financial Instruments Market, located within the European Union or the United Kingdom
