Strategy
Private Equity - The X Fund is intended to invest in top-tier managers in both Buyout (70-80%) and Growth funds (10-30%) by potentially also diversifying funds across geographies between, for example; US, Europe and the rest of the world, particularly Asia, in order to combine market opportunities and characteristics. The X Fund will invest mainly in direct primary strategies (50-70%) which provide access to top-tier GPs, as well as in co-investment (10-30%) and secondary (10-30%) strategies which smooth out the effects of the J Curve and thus manage the performance of the X Fund. Private debt - The X Fund will invest primarily in senior secured debt (80-90%) in medium and large-sized companies in Europe with an average EBITDA above €100 million and in non-cyclical sectors (software, media, etc.). The Fund may invest opportunistically in junior unsecured debt (10-20%) Public markets: 35-45% - The X Fund will opportunistically and dynamically manage a more liquid pocket in order to integrate identified market opportunities to manage the performance as well as the liquidity of the fund Bonds, listed shares - The X Fund will dynamically manage the public portfolio through sector, regional and factor selection of ETFs (trackers) to ensure optimal diversification according to the macroeconomic context and the fund's liquidity needs.
