The Compartment is expected to invest directly or indirectly via one or more SPV(s) in (i) loans and other cash-flow producing private assets (including consumer loans alongside non-bank originators and marketplace lenders to access newly originated loans or acquiring legacy assets), (ii) residential mortgage loans, (iii) commercial real estate loans, (iv) corporate loans and commercial finance loans, servicing, or similar rights relating to such loans and/or other cash-flow or income-producing assets and other assets, and (v) publicly traded fixed-income assets and related instruments, either directly or through another fund managed by PIMCO or an affiliate.
