The Sub-Fund aims at creating a diversified portfolio of investments from both the primary and secondary markets by investing, either directly or indirectly through a Subsidiary, by way of sub-participations or otherwise: (i) mostly in syndicated loans and private debt instruments (both of which generally pay a floating rate of interest), and also in junior investment opportunities ; and (ii) incidentally in high yield bonds, corporate bonds, short-term debt obligations, short-term bond funds and money market instruments;
