Strategy
• The Sub-Fund will invest, primarily, at least 80% of its assets in senior secured loans, predominantly below investment-grade quality; • The Sub-Fund may also invest, up to 20% of its assets, in assets such as secured and unsecured floating and fixed-rate high yield loans, corporate debt, and corporate bonds, as well as equity or equity like products received through restructurings or reorganizations; • The Sub-Fund may not invest more than 5% of its assets, in a single asset issued by individual issuer, measured at time of each single investment; • The Sub-Fund may not invest more than 25% of its assets in securities or other assets issued by portfolio companies of the same sector, measured at time of each single investment; • At least 80% of Sub-Fund’s portfolio will consist of assets in which the obligor is domiciled in the US; • At least 85% of investments must have a minimum ESG rating equal to 3.0 (out of 5) and a Minimum transparency rating equal to C on an A to F scale with A being the highest score); and • Maximum of 15% in CCC Assets and 5% in unrated assets.
