The Sub-Fund shall invest directly or indirectly in, or acquire on a secondary basis, Eligible Investment Assets being mainly co-investment opportunities, structured as: (i) equity or quasi-equity instruments issued by Qualifying Portfolio Undertakings ; and (ii) units or shares in vehicles that qualify as EU AIFs managed by EU AIFMs which invest in eligible investments and have not themselves invested more than 10% of their assets in any other collective investment undertaking
