Therefore, the Master ELTIF will primarily invest in target funds that meet the requirements of Article 10, letter d) of the ELTIF Regulation (see Chapter D, Section III, Item 2 of this sales prospectus below). Generally, due to the investment structure of a fund as a fund of funds, its investment performance is not solely dependent on a single investment asset.
