Strategy
The Sub-Fund's investment objective is to target a positive return on a medium-term horizon through investments in private equity funds (the Underlying Funds, hereafter “UFs”) of diverse investments strategies through primary, secondary investments co-investments and warehousing transactions (notably with underlying strategies of private equity, private debt, real estate and real estate-related investment policy) and with different maturity date in order to ensure a wide diversification providing regular cash-flows for the Sub-Fund.
