Strategy
During the first investment period, the fund's strategy will consist of selecting, as a priority in the primary market, debt securities with reduced liquidity falling within the "structural" ratios of 55% known as "ELTIF" and 70% of "Preferred Instruments" (see § Structural ratios of the fund on page 8). During this period, these ratios may not be respected, as the portfolio may be invested in more liquid debt instruments. During the second period, known as the “management” period, the portfolio remains invested at least 90% in debt securities, respecting its two structural ratios, the ELTIF ratio of 55% and the “Preferred Instruments” ratio of 70%. The securities held and acquired are then subject to active monitoring and selection to be carried to their term without being sold, except in the event of proven credit risk or non-compliance with structural ratios. The third and final period is intended to prepare for the liquidation of the fund's assets. As the portfolio's securities gradually reach maturity during this period, they are reinvested in short-term debt securities. or in money market instruments.
