Strategy
the Fund will invest, directly or indirectly, in infrastructure assets and mainly in equity securities, or securities giving access to capital (in particular convertible bonds, bonds redeemable in shares, bonds with warrants shares or preferred shares) in companies whose securities are not admitted to trading on a Financial Instruments Market. The fund will also invest in debt instruments s to make primary and secondary investments providing direct or indirect debt exposure to infrastructure assets; fixed or variable rate debt instruments; and shares of ELTIF funds.
