Strategy

The investment objective of the Compartment is generally to provide investors with access to a diversified portfolio of investments mainly in primarily privately negotiated, senior secured loans to European companies. Investments will be made by the Compartment primarily in debt instruments that include first lien senior debt, unitranche facilities, second lien debt, mezzanine and mezzanine-related loans, as well as select other subordinated debt investments.
