The Sub-fund invests at least 55% and up to 100% of its Capital directly or indirectly in Eligible Investment Assets. The Sub-fund targets to acquire minority stake in the capital of the Target Companies and the Sub-fund may also co-invest with other funds. The Sub-fund may invest no more than 20% of its Capital in financial instruments and deposits issued by the same issuer (or any other entities within the same issuer's group).
