Strategy
The Sub-fund invests at least 55% and up to 100% of its capital, directly or indirectly, in equity, equity related and quasi-equity (including convertibles) issued by unlisted companies located in the Investment Region (as defined below) which qualify as Qualifying Portfolio Undertakings. The Sub-fund targets to acquire qualified minority stakes and majority stakes in the capital of the Portfolio Companies and the Sub-fund may also co-invest with other funds. The Sub-fund may invest no more than 20% of its capital in financial instruments and deposits issued by the same issuer (or any other entities within the same issuer's group).
