Strategy
The Sub-fund invests at least 55% of its assets in equities and in securities related to equity and to quasi equity (including convertible securities) issued by Italian SMEs, as well as in loans granted to such target enterprises (up to 20% of its capital). The Sub-fund will invest at least 70% of its capital in target enterprises that are located in Italian territory or in Member States of the European Union with a fixed place of business in Italian territory and that are not listed on the FTSE MIB or FTSE MID CAP indices or on equivalent indices of other regulated markets, as well as in loans granted to such target enterprises. The Sub-fund seeks to acquire a minority interest in the capital of the target enterprises and it may also co-invest with other funds
