Strategy
The Sub-fund invests at least 55% of its capital in equities and other similar securities (including convertible bonds) and debt securities issued by listed and unlisted companies located in the European Economic Area, focusing mainly on Italy. The Sub-fund may not invest more than 20% of its capital in financial instruments and deposits issued by the same issuer (or any other entity of the same issuer group). The Sub-fund may borrow or guarantee money in connection with investments in eligible investment assets, provided that these outstanding borrowings and guarantees do not exceed 20% of the value of the Sub- fund’s capital at any time.
