Strategy
The Sub-fund invests at least 55% and up to 100% of its capital in eligible assets for investment in: (i) equities, quasi-equity (including convertible bonds) and debt securities issued by listed and unlisted companies located in the Investment Region; (ii) Portfolio Undertakings; and (iii) loans to such undertakings. The Sub-fund will invest at least 70% of its capital in financial instruments that are not listed on the FTSE MIB or the FTSE MID CAP indices and that are issued by target companies located in Italy. The Sub-fund may not invest more than 20% of its Capital in any one single real Asset. The Sub-fund seeks to acquire qualified minority and majority interests in the capital of Portfolio Undertakings and it may also co-invest. The Sub-fund may not invest more than 20% of its capital in financial instruments and deposits, as well as deposits issued by the same issuer (or any other entity of the same issuer group).
