Strategy
The Fund invests 100% of its Capital, directly, in Eligible Investment Assets issued by Target Companies, excluding any Temporary Investments, in which the Fund may invest. (ii) At least 70% of the Fund’s Capitalshall be invested in financial instrument which are notlisted in the FTSE MID index of The Italian Stock Exchange, the FTSE MID CAP orin equivalent indices of other regulated markets, and are issued by Target Companies resident in the territory of the Italian State pursuant to Article 73 of the consolidated text of income tax (Italian presidential Decree 22 December 1986 n. 917), or in Member States of the European Union, or in States adhering to the Agreement on the European Economic Area with stable organisations in the territory of the Italian State itself ("PIR Qualified Investments"). (iii) The Fund may invest no more than 20% of its Capital in any single Eligible Investment Asset. (iv) Any single Eligible Investment Asset shall not exceed the maximum amount of EUR 250,000,000.
