Strategy
AESIF ELTIF seeks to primarily self-originate investments and provide capital to UK and European mid-market companies with a target EBITDA of at least €10 million and that are Qualifying Portfolio Undertakings under the ELTIF Regulation. AESIF ELTIF’s primary focus will be investing in senior secured loans with an emphasis on capital preservation and low return volatility with a dynamic exposure to a broad range of other private credit investments as detailed further herein. To a lesser extent, the portfolio will also invest in UCITS Eligible Assets and other liquid debt securities, including high yield bonds primarily denominated in European currencies.
