Strategy
It is intended that the Sub-Fund will invest at least 85% of its assets, with the balance intended to be used for (i) a liquidity reserve to facilitate Investor redemptions (the "Liquidity Reserve"); and (ii) any reserves for the payment of expenses, liabilities or other obligations of the Sub-Fund, in each case which may comprise cash, cash equivalents and/or liquid instruments, as a limited partner in Apollo European Private Credit (Master) SCSp (the "Master Fund").
