Strategy
will invest in unlisted assets (target allocation of 60%) through Private Equity funds selected from Amundi Private Equity Funds4and other partners, such as NextStage AM5. These investments involve risks including capital loss, liquidity and valuation. In addition, the fund is also composed of a pocket of listed assets (target allocation of 40%). This pocket is invested in listed equity UCIs, mainly French small and mid-cap companies, or money market funds. The listed assets will thus allow the fund to offer a certain liquidity to its investors (bi-monthly subscription and quarterly redemptions, combined with adapted redemption caps).
